Overall excellent staff and drinks.

Actually everything was wonderful. We liked the perfect location and the staff were informative. Old Naples district was definitely worth visiting.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

We really enjoyed our awesome stay, do recommend it. Fantastic accommodation with unbeatable setting close enough to museums, restaurants, the Main Street.

the place was charming, we liked it. we booked suite for 3 nights and had a perfect stay.

Great service, though a few employees were not that friendly. It was set walking distance to restaurants and a zoo.

TBH, the room was rather small, we expected better.

I liked incredible location and staff, and so much more. Generally everything was nice, though the bathroom was cramped. Variety of options for breakfast including breads, meats, fruit and eggs. Absolutely amazing stay in the downtown area.

The hotel was excellent little and impeccably clean. Bed was very large, room was elegant and luxurious. Great job, staff were cordial and ensured a perfect experience for us. The beach was beautiful. The breakfast was good hot, loved its service.

Beautiful location, absolutely beautiful views and extremely friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast, marvellous service. I slept so comfy in the comfy bed. Spotless and ideal hotel in Old Naples district. Besides, it was very close to the backside, restaurants and the zoo too...

Wifi was very poor.

Staff were VERY COMPETENT, it was fairly clean. The room was well decorated and had an incredibly beautiful view of the city. Convenient location to Divine Spa. Lots of food in the hotel, casual restaurant.

Accommodation was reasonably large and extra helpful, beds where exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast had lots of appetising food and drinks. I had well-kept attractive room with a private safe, an iron and an electronic key card. Friendly reception.

A gorgeous hotel. The bathroom looks marble-lined. Location was close to the beach. Again, it was at a near distance from Kaj Gallery and other sights in Naples.

All good - we loved our stay - food was awesome and brilliant staff. Green garden and amazing pool.

The personnel is excellent and the rooms are very spacious. Brand new restaurants so close to the venue. Thanks for wonderful time here!

It was truly a great stay. The beach was beautiful and not far from our hotel. A fully furnished kitchen was ok for us. We appreciated Bellasera so we would love to go back.

Cosy base for 2 nights. We had an inner courtyard view and heating, a sofa bed and a multi-channel television. Also, it had parking onsite. There's a good choice of restaurants to choose from, like Grappino, set within 10 minutes walk or so.

Ristorante Ciao was 10 mins walk away. Nice base for your vacations in Naples.

Really excellent location. We would return there. If your plans include visiting naples botanical garden, you should stay here. Just a walk down to the restaurant Siam Thai Cafe. Wi-Fi was available throughout the property:)))
